My work is populated by nude figures, female bodybuilders, ancient sculptures, knights in shining armor, feathered creatures, and other symbolic forms, alongside abstract textile elements, garments, and self-portraits. By combining personal artifacts with imagery drawn from Western cultural caches, I create a sense of proximity to otherwise distant and monumental ideas. Moving between the archetypal and the concrete, I employ both narrative and material strategies to construct an alternative mythology.

Here are drawings and embroideries I presented on Governors Island as part of my time in RU in 2025.
